A House 4 BED & BREAKFAST
- 4 bedrooms, furnished simply, they are about 20/22 m2,
Each room includes:
- 1 Gateway + a screen door,
- 2 small windows with large enough screen doors,
- 2 single beds or 1 double bed, night tables (converted depending on the application) with fan
- 2 night tables,
- A closet (1 side shelves, wardrobe 1 side)
- 1 table and 2 chairs.
- Bathroom individual per room (toilet, sink, shower, mirror)
Electricity by generator in the morning from 06:30 to 09:00 and in the evening (7:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.) at the moment. A small fee will be charged during the day (due to fuel costs) pending electricity city). NO DRINKING running water
We are quiet, within populations and fishing villages listed sea (300m), and in the vicinity there are maraichers lake side (about 700m)
about 10 km from Cotonou (30/40 minutes from the airport and the city center, depending on the season)
For your safety and peace of mind, a guard is provided day and night.

I started a major project, the guest rooms are complete and already hosting customers.
Now retired, I will finish this project gradually (for information there is little work now, so not too many gene).

Upon confirmation of your reservation we require a 50% deposit payable by bank transfer in France.
A lease is sent to the medium and long stays (scanned by email or mail).
Proof of payment is sent upon receipt of payment (wire transfer) and checks once received. The balance is to be paid on site within 72 hours for stays longer than 1 or 2 days to arrival day or in cash in euros or FCFA (for the moment). A receipt is issued at the end of stay.
