HOUSING
The apartment, completely renovated, is located on the ground floor in a quiet and secure residence with a private entrance which gives directly in the courtyard. It is ideal for stays of work or for family gatherings or between friends, but also to visit Paris or Versailles
It's made of:
4 bedrooms with 2 beds, one with a single bed, one with a fixed bed and one that can accommodate an umbrella if needed
2 lounges, one with a television, a sofa, a dining area and an open kitchen and the other with several sofas including a very comfortable sofa bed, children's area, video projector and game console
1 bathroom with corner bath
10 beds + a single bed + a fixed bed + an umbrella if needed

The living room, the kitchen and the bedroom on the ground floor are very bright and security allows the windows to open.
Mechanized ventilation allows the air to be renewed several times a day even when it is not occupied.

There are cabinets in all rooms
You will benefit from a total surface of 130m2 distributed on 2 levels of which part in souplex for some rooms and the bathroom with parquet everywhere except in 2 rooms which have carpet.
There are 3 tables with trestles that can be placed end to end and chairs and stools which allow to eat to 12 maximum and if one adds the bar to 20
Linen and towels are provided but we can apply a discount if you carry your linen
Normally the entries are made after 4pm and the outings at 11.30am but if the apartment is not occupied the day before or the next day we can arrange!
Luggage can be left at 11.30 am
If we are not there we can open you at a distance which allows a certain flexibility
Respect for neighbors after 10 pm / Respect for cleanliness / Respect for accommodation and facilities / No noisy evenings
